About
Coming from a background in gymnastics, I first began practicing yoga as a way to stay connected to my love of strong, flexible body movement. As I delved deeper into the philosophies and teachings of yoga—rooted in India’s ancient wisdom—I discovered its profound ability to nurture not just the body but the mind and spirit as well.
Yoga has been transformative in my life, helping me overcome a long-term struggle with anxiety, disordered eating, and body image issues, while fostering a deep sense of connection to the world around me. In 2023, my practice took on even greater meaning as I faced my own battle with breast cancer. Yoga became a source of strength, grounding, and resilience throughout this challenging time, reminding me of its incredible healing potential.
I have been teaching yoga for over 10 years, and my passion for sharing its benefits led me to establish my own yoga teacher training business. Through my teaching, I aim to inspire others to reconnect with themselves and their inner strength. My classes emphasise building strength, regaining and maintaining mobility, and cultivating moments of stillness and bliss.
Alongside Vinyasa Yoga, I also teach Barre, Mat Pilates, Restorative/Yin Yoga, Lagree, Meditation, Kids Yoga, and partner Acro Yoga with my husband, Rhys. It’s my hope to help others find light, peace, and empowerment through yoga, just as it has done for me.
